If any product arrives damaged in transit, with broken pouch seals, or does not meet our zero-stone machine-cleaning standards, we offer a 100% free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To initiate a quick replacement or refund:

1. Take a clear photo of the damaged pouch or issue.

3. Include your Order Reference (e.g., #NITH-1234) and delivery phone number.

Our team will review and approve your request within 4 business hours. A fresh replacement pouch will be dispatched immediately at zero additional shipping cost.

3. Refund Processing

If a monetary refund is requested, the amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (UPI, bank account, or card) within 2 to 4 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will transfer the refund directly to your provided UPI VPA or bank account.
